Time-honoured toy: Block wagon

Classic building blocks ride in a speedy wagon

I played with blocks when I was a kid. So did my parents, and so did my grandparents. I expect that my grandchildren and great-grandchildren will as well. Like skipping ropes or a tire swing, building blocks are enduring toys that appeal to children of every generation. But making a set of blocks was still a new project to me, so I had some research to do. Safety is always a concern when building for children, which is reason enough to do your homework before starting any project for young ones.
